FEMA Contract Opportunities

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is currently seeking local business vendors interested in providing the following services/products in the Grand Forks, Fargo and Bismarck areas. Preference will be given to vendors located within the designated disaster counties. Download the FEMA Vendor Fact Sheet.

To support FEMA’s national mission, vendors should do the following:

1. Register with Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
2. Complete and send a completed FEMA Vendor Profile Form to the Industry Liaison program

Failure to complete these two steps may significantly delay your registration in our vendor information repository.

If you are not registered, please go to www.ccr.gov to register.  Should you have any questions about the CCR registration process, please contact the CCR Assistance Center at 888.227.2423.

Once registered through CCR, please provide your completed Vendor profile to FEMA-Industry@dhs.gov as soon as possible. Upon completing your CCR registration and FEMA Vendor Profile, please search www.fbo.gov for Federal procurement opportunities.Your vendor profile will be forwarded to the Contract Officer(s) for the declared disaster areas. Please note: the profile will serve as supplemental market research for the Contract Officers. The primary point of market research for the Contract Officers is CCR.
